Thank you for visiting the OSM® website. The OSM website is operated by Cookie Time Limited (CTL), a New Zealand based business which operates the OSM online store at osm.nz.

The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the OSM Online Store at osm.nz, including shopping and participation in promotions run by CTL. You acknowledge that by accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You can access these Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of any page on the site.

Purchasing from osm.nz

Products displayed on this website can be purchased using secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facilities. You will be asked to register as a member of lunchtime.co.nz before making a purchase. This will enable you to save your shopping address details so you do not have to re-enter these each time you checkout. It will also qualify you to receive emails containing website special deals from time to time, as well as emails about related services and products, for example retail store information. If you do not want to register as a member you will still be able to make a purchase. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved and you will not receive promotional communications.

The name that will appear on your statement after purchase will be ”Munchtime”.

Credit card security
We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information. Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through or via munchtime.co.nz; all transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider. CTL uses Stripe payment gateway, The worlds leading online payment solutions. Stripe hosts and manages our website payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings.

Your credit card details are not held by CTL and cannot be accessed by CTL staff.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand GST (15% sales tax) where applicable. If converting prices to another currency, a slight variation of between 2-5% may occur due to fluctuating currency rates. Because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it was processed. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Product descriptions, colours and sizes
We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing the products featuring on our website. However, CTL does not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on this site is 100% accurate as there may be minor discrepancies between or within production runs.

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, CTL cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. For clothing, we have provided indicative size guides in accordance with size information provided by our manufacturers.

OSM promotional codes
From time to time, the Munchtime Store will make special offers which can be redeemed by promotional codes. These promotional codes must be inputted at the checkout to receive the stated offer. CTL is not obligated to provide any refunds or replace any item in the event that a promotional code was not entered prior to purchase. Unless otherwise stated, a promotional code can only be used once.

OSM promotions

From time to time, the Munchtime Online Store will run special promotions and prize offers. These promotions will be subject to separate promotional terms and conditions which will be clearly accessible on the site. Acceptance of the osm.nz and munchtime.co.nz Terms and Conditions will also constitute acceptance of individual promotional terms and conditions when a promotion or promotions are running.

Your right to use this website is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use this website and you are responsible for your own use of this website. You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from this website for public or commercial purposes.
