OSM POSTCARD PACK SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The OSM Postcard Pack cost a flat rate of NZD $1.95! We use NZ Post to send these. The cost covers purchase of the product, packaging, and postage but does not cover any customs duty tax which may be charged by the destination country. There is no insurance cover and the OSM Postcard Pack is not a tracked item.

Depending on the destination, additional taxes or import duties may apply, although our research and enquiries suggest that this would be highly unlikely for a $1.95 gift. Cookie Time International Limited (CTIL), the operator of osm.nz, will not be held responsible for additional taxes or duties, nor for any delays caused by customs. Please contact the customs office in the destination country if you require further information.

In purchasing a OSM Postcard Pack you will provide the recipient name and address. These will both be printed on the reverse of the box.

Via NZ Post, we can currently send the OSM Postcard Pack to all countries.

For items heading to the USA, an FDA prior notice number is required. This is obtained by CTIL and noted on the OSM Postcard Pack label.

Dispatch
Please note that business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before midday on any business day, that day. However, this may not happen for a variety of reasons and you should allow 2-3 business days for an order to be dispatched. We will communicate with you should the dispatch date be longer than three business days from your order date.

Dispatch confirmation
We will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order. There is no track and trace available on the OSM Postcard Pack.

Delivery – New Zealand
OSM Postcard Packs are sent within New Zealand using NZ Post standard post.NZ Post has a delivery target of up to three business days nationally for standard post. CTIL cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made during this timeframe.

Delivery – International
OSM Postcard Packs are sent internationally using New Zealand Post international air mail. NZ Post’s international delivery network is made up of five zones, with target delivery dates as set out below. NZ Post’s ‘working days’ are equivalent to business days of Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

NZ Post advises that items will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified. However, because it does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, it cannot guarantee that items will always reach the destination within the delivery target. It advises that areas outside major cities, or where an item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer. CTIL cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made during NZ Post timeframes.

Right not to send

CTIL may review the message content submitted when a OSM Postcard Pack is purchased. If this message is deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, abusive or to contain any other content that CTIL at its sole discretion determines is unacceptable, then the OSM Postcard Pack purchase will be cancelled. In this event, the cost will be refunded back to the credit card the OSM Postcard Pack was purchased with. No correspondence will be entered into with regards to CTIL’s right not to send.
